Organizational optimization in Lithuania
One of our recent projects took place in Lithuania and in Denmark. The project was funded by the European Social l Fund, and consisted of two 1-week training sessions for a local water company, Lazdiju Vanduo in Lithuania.
The training sessions included technical topics as well as various organizational topics, such as administration, financial management, communications and customer relations.
The purpose of the training programme was to improve staff qualifications and the efficiency of work, as well as to improve the company’s quality of service and its ability to adapt to market change - overall organizational optimization, in other words.
In Summer 2010, the on-site training sessions was followed up by hands-on training seminars and technical demonstrations in Denmark.
