2010-2011: An 18-month project in Grenada, for the national water and sewerage authority, NAWASA.

2014: Development of Training Program in Vodokanal St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.

2013-2014: Training in Vodokanal St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.

2018-2020: Development of ToR for Feasibility Study (FS) for the Zaporizhzhia Wastewater and Sludge Treatment Project. Assistance to DSIF and Zaporizhzhia Vodokanal during elaboration of FS. 

2021-2022: Asset Management Plan network project. Assistance to Aisi Apivital on development of an Asset management Plan on their distribution network. Partners, Ramboll Romania and funding through EBRD

2018-2020: Technical Assistance to Consolidate the Water and Wastewater Sector in Romania.

2012-2014:

The Erzincan Water and Wastewater project provided technical assistance for rehabilitation of the existing wastewater system (planning, design and tendering) and for modernization of the Erzincan Municipality Water Utility Department as well as support for the proper implementation of infrastructure projects under EOP.

VCS participated as subconsultant in training and capacity building for using GIS and reducing NRW .

VCS Denmark also prepared a Business Plan. The aim of the Business Plan was to present medium- and long-term objectives of the Water Utility Department (WUD) as well as the operational and investment costs associated with the objectives. The plan also outlined staffing structure and performance indicators, developed for the evaluation of the implementation.

The business plan determined objectives for:

• Water and Effluent Quality
• Sustaining Value of Assets
• Service Level
• Organisation

2016-2018: Conducting training programmes for employees at Kafubu Water and Sewage, as a subcontractor to Krüger. The overall project improved local water og wastewater management by renovating and building new facilities, as well as introducing new equipment and software. Our main focus: Provide training in how to operate and maintain  the new facilities and utilise the new equipment. In total, 400 training days were planned and carried out, with participation from our Danish partners in 3VAND.
